Signing in is required. When an assistant connects, you sign in to Allanzu, review the read-only permissions it requests, and approve. The assistant then works strictly as you — it sees only what your own account is permitted to see, and every request is authorization-checked and recorded. You can revoke access at any time by removing the connection in your assistant's settings.

Security & privacy

Your data stays under your Allanzu permissions at all times. Connecting an assistant does not grant it any access beyond what your own account already has.

Your permissions, nothing more

The assistant cannot access another user's private data, and cannot reach staff-only CRM records through a client account. It cannot override server-side authorization, and supplying a user ID can never be used to impersonate another user.

Strictly read-only

The assistant cannot create, modify, or delete any Allanzu record. No write, delete, or admin permissions are granted by default — and none exist in this connection.

Signed in as you

Access runs on OAuth 2.1 with PKCE — the same industry standard used by major platforms. You approve the connection yourself and can revoke it at any time by removing the connector in your assistant's settings.

Audited & rate limited

Every assistant request is authorization-checked and recorded in an audit log tied to your account, and each account is limited to 240 requests per hour.

What the assistant can access

Read-only access

  • Your leads, individual lead detail and pipeline summary
  • Inbound consultation bookings, contact messages and opportunity enquiries
  • Global investment and market-entry opportunities
  • Client accounts and companies your account can already see
  • The firm's own company profile, services and industries

Limits

  • Strictly read-only — nothing can be created, changed or deleted
  • No access to other users' data
  • Client accounts see only their own company and projects
  • Requests are rate limited and recorded in an audit log
  • Approval can be withdrawn at any time by removing the connection

Set up the connection

Every client follows the same simple flow: open your AI assistant, add a custom MCP server with the connection address above, sign in to Allanzu when prompted, review the read-only permissions, approve — and start asking questions.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT's connector settings and enable Developer mode (under Advanced). If you don't see it, ask a workspace admin to enable it.
  2. 2Choose to add a new connector and name it Allanzu Consulting.
  3. 3Paste the connection address above into the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick "I understand and want to continue", then click Create.
  5. 5Sign in to your Allanzu account when prompted and approve the read-only access.
  6. 6Enable Allanzu Consulting in the chat composer, then ask something like "show me my newest Allanzu leads".

Claude

  1. 1Open Claude's custom connector dialog — the name and address are filled in for you. If the prefilled form doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose "Add custom connector", name it Allanzu Consulting, and paste the connection address above.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3Sign in to your Allanzu account when prompted and approve the read-only access.
  4. 4Enable the connector in the chat composer, then ask Claude to use Allanzu Consulting.

Claude Code

Refresh after we update the site

Assistants remember what they could do at the moment they connected. After we ship changes, refresh the connection so your assistant picks up the latest capabilities.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT's connector settings and select Allanzu Consulting.
  2. 2Refresh the connector's information. If the connection address ever changes, remove the connector and set it up again with the new address.
  3. 3Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use Allanzu Consulting.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Connectors page, select Allanzu Consulting, and refresh or update its tools. If the address changed, remove the connector and set it up again.
  2. 2Ask Claude to use Allanzu Consulting.

Claude Code

  1. 1Start a new Claude Code session — it loads the latest capabilities on connect.
  2. 2If the address changed, run claude mcp remove allanzu-consulting, then run the install command above again.

Other MCP-compatible clients

  1. 1Open the client's connector settings, select Allanzu Consulting, and refresh, reload, or reconnect it.
  2. 2If the address changed, paste the latest one from above.
  3. 3Start a new chat and ask the assistant to use Allanzu Consulting.

Troubleshooting

The sign-in window doesn't open

Check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for the assistant, then remove the connection in the assistant's settings and add it again — a fresh connection always starts a new sign-in window. You never need to copy or paste any token or key anywhere.

I'm not signed in to Allanzu

Sign in to your Allanzu account in the same browser first, then retry the connection from the assistant so the approval link is fresh.

Authorization was denied or expired

Access expires for safety. Remove the connection in the assistant's settings and reconnect — you'll be asked to approve the read-only access again. If you clicked Deny by mistake, simply reconnect and choose Approve.

The connection times out

Check your internet connection, wait a minute, and try again. If it keeps timing out, remove the connector and add it again using the connection address at the top of this page.

The assistant returns nothing, or says I'm not authorized

That is working as intended: the assistant can only reach records your own account can open. Staff accounts see the CRM pipeline; client accounts see their own company and projects. Ask an Allanzu administrator if you need broader access.

Too many requests

Each account may make up to 240 assistant requests per hour. Wait a few minutes and try again.

The assistant says it has no tools, or an old set of tools

Assistants cache what they could do when they connected. Follow the refresh steps above, then start a new chat.
